Oekaki News

Wed Jun 25, 2008, 11:13 PM
So the oekaki is starting to come back to life again. It dropped off because I was just too busy to keep the art machine going. A lesson I learned quite some time ago is that if you want people to draw on your oekaki you have to do it too. So if anyone actually reads this that uses the oekaki you should go get back into the groove again or you'll miss out on all the fun. For those who signed up already that are new remember that the person who make the next 100th post get a prize! Fun fun, no? :3

I was talking to a friend of mine who uses it as well and he was wondering about restarting the themes again. I know not many of you actually read the buttons at the top but we do have a news section. If you stop by and click it you can see all the old topics we've done. Although, you can't see the art for them bacause they were done before I had to clean out the oekaki. But it's fun to see where we came from. But if enough people start using it again I'll start doing themes again.

And for those new to the oekaki your friends can't post on it they have to actually register for an account there so I can add them. I used to let visitors comment but the spambots really dug into it and that's part of the reason I had to clean it out the first time around.
